Under the free plan, users can activate and manage their feeder, view and download snaps, view a live feed, earn limited badges, and have snaps for 72 hours. The PRemium plan unlocks the full FeatherSnap experience, including:

If I Cancel, Do I Get a Refund For the Unused Part of My Subscription?
No, refunds are not given for any unused data.
If I Cancel, Do I Get to Keep My Photos?
After cancellation, the app will hold the photos for 14 days. You will receive a notification that photos will be deleted after 14 days.
How Do I Change My Payment Method?
For iOS users, open the FeatherSnap App and select My Feeder and Manage Plan. Select the link in the popup message to open account.feathersnapcam.com. Scroll to Account then Payment Method. Select Add Payment Method and enter the new card details.
For Android users, open the FeatherSnap App and select Settings then Payment Methods. Select Add Payment Method then follow the prompts.
